Responsibilities and Duties
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the MENA region that align with overall business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social media, PR, and events.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the MENA region. Use insights to shape marketing strategies.
  • Brand Development: Enhance brand presence and positioning across the MENA region, ensuring consistency with global brand guidelines.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the regional marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending and maximizing ROI.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a management role within the MENA region, ideally within the CFD brokerage or financial trading industry.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns that drove growth and brand awareness, particularly within the MENA region’s financial trading markets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing, with a focus on the CFD brokerage industry.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic; other regional languages are a plus.
