We are seeking an IT Service Desk Specialist to join our global IT team to assist our employees with their daily tasks. You will be the first to respond to calls for assistance and escalate them to other team members if needed. You will need to be inquisitive to find possible solutions to users’ problems, help them with their accounts, and provide the necessary software/hardware. You will also be responsible for keeping our guides up to date and sharing them with other team members.
